UHSH Summer League 2024 Registration

Registration will require the 2024-25 USA Hockey Player Membership number and the submission of school verification and/or residence verification to complete the registration. Collect these documents prior to starting the Summer League Registration process.

If you are an existing member, you can use your 2023-2024 USA Hockey Player Membership number.

Required Documentation for Player Registration 

2024-25 USA Hockey Player Member Registration Number.
- USA Hockey Member Registration opens April 1. https://membership.usahockey.com/
- Student Id or other academic institution/program documentation.
- Birth Certificate for those who have not played on a USA Hockey team. 

Proof of 2023-24 School Enrollment. Acceptable documentation includes:
- Legible Screenshot or jpg of student ID with student/player name, academic year, school name and school grade visible.
- For home school and online students. Official institution documentation for the program in which the player is enrolled. Must include a minimum of the student/player’s name, academic year, program name and the current academic grade of the registering student/player.
- Proof of residence may be requested to determine the player’s boundary school and team. A copy of the utility bill from the parent/guardian is acceptable for proof of residence.

All players are required to play for their boundary team. Boundary teams are determined by the UHSH Board of Trustees July. Therefore, the Boundaries established for the 2023-24 UHSH season are in effect for 2024 UHSH Summer League. Click Here to Access the Current Boundaries. Players whose boundary team is not forming a summer league team, will be placed on a team by the Summer League Committee until teams are full. UHSH Player Eligibility: High school graduating seniors are not eligible for UHSH Summer League. A player is eligible for a maximum of 3 Middle School seasons and 4 UHSH Summer League seasons. Repeating grades for academic reasons does not allow players additional playing seasons in the UHSH program.

Submission of false documentation or false information may result in ineligibility of the player and sanctions for the Trustee, Coach, Parent, and Team.
