Welcome to the 2025 Summer Hockey Coach/Volunteer Registration

All coaches and volunteers participating in the 2024 UHSH Summer Hockey League
must appear on the team’s USA Hockey 1-T roster for the UHSH 2024 Summer League
team(s) and must have the following:

• 2024-25 or 2025-26 USA Hockey Coach or Volunteer Member Registration
• Coaches must have their 2024-25 CEP completed.
• Coaches must have the 13+ USAH Age-Specific Module completed.
• Current USA Hockey Background Screening completed and cleared.
• USA Hockey SafeSport Screening completed.
• Registration using the Utah High School Hockey online Registration link for 2025 Summer League Hockey.

Volunteers

• 2024-25 or 2025-26 USA Hockey Coach or Volunteer Member Registration
• Current USA Hockey Background Screening completed and cleared.
• USA Hockey SafeSport Screening completed.
• Registration using the Utah High School Hockey online Registration link for 2025 Summer League Hockey.

The Team Trustee and UHSH Register will collaborate to build each team’s USA Hockey 1-T Roster. Only those appearing on the 1-T roster, for the current season, are eligible to be on the ice, game bench and locker room for team-related games and events.

Registering with Utah High School Hockey does not guarantee a coaching or volunteer spot on the roster. Reach out to your team Trustee if you have not already done so.
